I asked the jeweler to recommend a new clasp for my chunky silver bracelet. I was offered a few option and my better than new bracelet was ready in 2 days. Really wonderful work.

This was not our first visit. Over the last 7 years, we’ve brought multiple, high-end watches to them to work on, primarily to swap-out batteries. Every time, they understand how to handle quality timepieces, take great care, and do a superb job. The staff/owners are always friendly and professional, and they provide timely turn-around. For us, we drop it off when we arrive at Ross Park Mall and then pick it up when we’re ready to go. Highly recommend.

This place has been here for as long as I can remember, always providing fast, excellent jewelry repair at a reasonable cost. When I had two long crystal necklaces break in the same way, the company was going to stand by their replacement warranty, but the cost associated with doing so was high. I live in the South Hills but took advantage of my next available day to bring these out to Fast-Fix. The gentleman helping me took a look, assessed the breaks (slightly different in each necklace; one had to lose one crystal which he returned to me) and said putting them back together would take just a moment and I could wait. In under five minutes he had repaired both of them and assessed them for any impending breaks I was not aware of. He then said there was no charge, and that I could pay next time as this could easily happen again. Amazing knowledge, skill and service. Don’t hesitate to visit with your jewelry repair needs!

Cute little hidden Gem in the Ross park mall. They repaired my ring in a timely manner. Reasonably priced for my pocket book. Everyone was so polite and friendly, not only in the store but on the phone also. Thank you so much for repairing my ring and bringing it back to life. SLB

Oh all I can say is God is good God is great. The people that you interact with in this world or do business with can be a big big part in a contribute to your life. I was in a mall shopping and my aunt’s rosary as she gave me when she passed away back in 2010. I usually keep it on me all the time and ended up breaking and was trying to find somebody reliable at a reasonable price to fix it, when I say these people are amazing, they are amazing if any of my jewelry break, I would recommend them to anyone very godly people. Thank you so much. I almost cried today when I picked up my charm, God bless you and I pray for a successful and prosperous business for you and your family. Thank you All
